The
building consists of approximately 22,400 sq. ft. on the
first floor with vehicle maintenance garage and Civil Defense
area and a 6,400 sq. ft. mezzanine with office space. Site
structures consist of salt storage silo, carport and fuel
pumps. Construction of the building is of steel joists and
columns supported on concrete caissons. The exterior skin
of the building is insulated metal panels and insulated
glass windows. Site work includes exterior lighting, paved
parking area, sidewalks, underground utilities, landscaping,
fuel pump island, yard storage area and underground fuel
storage tanks.
