William E. Brazley & Associates, Ltd. was founded in 1978 and is today, a moderately sized architectural, engineering and planning firm. The firm began with a staff of two, and currently comprised of 42 professionals at offices in Chicago and south suburban Matteson. Both as prime and as associates, we have a substantial portfolio of completed work, primarily located in the Chicago metropolitan area. In an associate capacity we have worked with some of the largest architectural engineering and planning firms in the country. The firm is 100 percent minority owned.

Our breadth of experience makes us competitive in performing planning, architecture, landscape architecture, engineering and interior design services. Specializing in governmental, institutional, and transportation assignments, we regularly perform all of the traditional architectural and engineering services from feasibility studies and conceptual design to construction administration.

Because we are versed in the strict guidelines of funding agencies, we understand the importance of cost-effective construction and life-cycle costing to assure reasonable maintenance and repair requirements.
