The project consists of 3.3 acres directly across from the present ETA Theater, divided by South Chicago Ave. at 75th Street. The new site will have the capacity to park 114 cars and an area for detention, if necessary, for the new site. In order to enable unrestricted passage from the existing facility to the new site, there will be a pedestrian bridge over South Chicago Ave. joining the existing facility with the new ETA Performing Arts facility.
